Jacqueline L. Byrd, Ph.D. Jacqueline Byrd is President of the Richard Byrd Company, a Minneapolis-based organization that serves clients both nationally and internationally. She has owned and operated the company for over twelve years. The company was founded by the late Dr. Richard E. Byrd, a pioneer in the field of management and organizational development. Today it continues its mission of bringing the applied social sciences to business, government and industry. As an EDUCATOR, Dr. Byrd has served on the graduate faculties of a number of Universities and is currently serving as Adjunct Faculty with the College of St. Catherine’s where she teaches Strategic Management. Dr. Byrd received her B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Minnesota. She has received additional training from the National Training Laboratories (NTL) in complex system changes, conflict management and organization change methods. She is a certified executive coach through Ideal Coaching. She currently serves on the Board of her church, St Martin’s By-The-Lake, the Honors Committee at the University of Minnesota. She is a member of the Organization Development Network. She was a 1998 National Association of Women Business Owners award winner.
